Recommended Plugins

You have too many plugins for an hardcore server to work well
I have made a few successful hardcore servers
- NoCheat ( http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/nocheat/ )( but it was abandoned ) in option for an updated version and better one in my opinion NoCheatPlus ( http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/nocheatplus/ ) it blocks glitches and bugs
- Essentials ( http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/essentials/ ) and Group Manager to manage groups like admins and moderators
- Factions ( http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/factions/ )
- Spamguard ( http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/spamguard/ )
- ChestShop ( http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/chestshop/ )
- MineBackup ( http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/minebackup/ )
- WorldEdit ( http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/worldedit/ )
- mcMMO ( http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/mcmmo/ )

You really should remove LWC and Jobs since this is a hardcore survival server

Could you also get dynmap? Or would that be considered a bit of an unfair advantage?

Dynmap is basicly a mapping plugin that creates a map of the server on the port 8123, openable in a web browser. (so ip1.ip2.ip3.ip4:8123 here it would be 178.32.70.100:8123) Alone it only shows a map and maybe players. You can download dynmap plugins like dynmap-mobs or dynmap-factions to make other things show up as well.

In my opinion, dynmap gives a bit too much of an advantage and makes it a bit too easy to find bases.
